PRODUCT NOTICE: Discontinued Models

NICoteen Will be Discontinued January 1, 2009
As of January 1, 2009, Realityworks will discontinue support for all NICoteen® simulators. This means that we will no longer repair or supply replacement parts for any NICoteen® simulators not currently under warranty.

Due to aging technology, this product and its replacement parts are getting increasingly harder to support and maintain.

After January 1, 2009, Realityworks will honor all current warranties for repairs and will continue to provide product support in the form of troubleshooting problems for old NICoteen® simulators.

We invite you to consider the Trade-In Program as a way to get cash for these older NICoteen® simulators. We provide you with a $35 discount toward the purchase of the latest Realityworks addiction simulator – ySTART™ featuring PreventPak™ – for each NICoteen® simulator you return to us.

Attention: Your Baby Needs Changing!

As of July 1, 2007 Realityworks has discontinued support for older model infant simulators.

Standard Baby (Generation 4)
Released in 1996

Realistic Head Support Baby (Generation 5)
Released in 1998

Original RealCare Baby
Released in 1999

This means that we no longer repair these models or supply replacement parts and accessories for them. You can find printable materials for these models in the Downloadable Materials section.

Due to aging technology, these products and replacement parts are getting increasingly harder to support and maintain. After July 1, 2007 Realityworks will continue to provide product support in the form of troubleshooting problems with older model Babies. Program materials will be available indefinitely.

Please consider the Trade-In Program as a way to get cash for these older model Babies. We’ll give you a $50 discount toward the purchase of RealCare® Baby II-plus for each old Baby you return to us.
